2023 Annual Conference Scholarship Application - OPEN TO ALL RI-CNS MEMBERS

The Rhode Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists is pleased to announce that the 2023 NACNS National Conference Scholarship Award Application is now open!

We are now accepting applications from ALL  RI-CNS members. You DO NOT need to be a student. Applications are due by 2/15/2023. 

 

This year's scholarship will support RI-CNS members to attend than national annual conference from March March 8 – March 11, 2023.

 

Attendance at the national conference allows to hear from world-class keynote speakers, engage in exciting CE sessions, and network with other CNSs and CNS students from across the country.

 

This year, our own Dr. Jean Salera-Vieira, DNP, APRN-CNS, RNC will be inducted as a Fellow of the national Clinical Nurse Specialist Institute.

 

I strongly encourage each of you to apply for this scholarship and to join us at the national conference!

 

To apply, please complete and return the attached application to Justin DiLibero at jdilibero@ric.edu by February 15, 2023.

From March 8-11, 2023, join hundreds of colleagues at the only national conference dedicated to the clinical nurse specialist.

The NACNS 2023 Annual Conference takes place at the Marriott Portland Downtown Waterfront Hotel in Portland, Oregon! In addition to in-person registration, if you are unable to join us in Portland, there is a virtual registration opportunity for post-event access to session recordings and presenter handouts! Access will begin Monday, March 27, 2023.

In person attendees will also receive access to these recordings! Content accessibility and viewing expires July 9, 2023!

We will offer a multitude of opportunities to engage with CNSs and other nursing leaders from around the nation. Our exhibit hall will allow you to explore new opportunities and relationships with universities, health care systems and technology vendors, publishers, and more.

Our agenda will provide an extensive variety of high-quality, CNS-specific sessions, complex pharmacology sessions, and hands-on clinical skills-building workshops rich in Continuing Education credits.

You don’t want to miss this opportunity to learn and network with colleagues while focusing on Advocacy of the CNS!
