Nominations Open for RI-CNS Leadership Positions!

Hello Fello RI-CNS Members!
We are excited to share that the nomination period for the next slate of RI-CNS leaders is now open. Positions include President-Elect, Treasurer, Secretary, and two member-at-large positions. One member-at-large position may be filled by a CNS student. There has never been a more exciting time to serve in a leadership capacity as we continue to advance our mission through:
1. Expanding our policy and advocacy work
2. Increasing our presence across broad audiences at the regional and national levels
3. Increase visibility and value of the CNS role across the practice setting
4. Provide an important forum for networking, support and community.
While serving as a leader of RI-CNS provides many benefits, we strive to maintain a modest workload. The board of directors meets virtually every other month for 1 -1.5 hours. membership meetings are held on alternating months.
To nominate yourself or a colleague please complete the brief (2-question) survey at the link below. Elections will be held at the August membership meeting. The new board will begin in September, overlapping with the current board during a transition period through January of 2024.
